Key Responsibilities

\
  • Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Administer medication as required
  • Participate in social activities and provide emotional support to residents
  • Work collaboratively with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

\
  • Degree or diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a care setting (desirable)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
\

Salary and Benefits

\

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including:
