Please note that this role is hybrid working from Woolpit in Suffolk, you must be based within an hours commute of Woolpit

What will you be doing?

The role is based in the Woolpit Head Office, and you will be expected to be on-site for two days a week. The other three days can be worked from home or any other location of your choice. You will be responsible for leading a team of software developers and ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and implement software development best practices
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills and experience in software development
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of software development best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
