Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design transport infrastructure schemes using AutoCAD, adhering to industry standards.

  3. Generate technical reports, including Transportation Assessments, Access Appraisals, and Travel Plans.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  1. A degree in civil engineering or a related discipline is essential.
  2. Proven experience in transport engineering and planning, with a focus on development planning, traffic engineering, and sustainable transport planning.
  3. Proficiency in Junctions 9, LINSIG, TRANSYT, with Paramics Discovery knowledge advantageous.
  4. Familiarity with SCOTS/DMRB roads design principles and infrastructure design.
  5. Experience in conducting feasibility studies.
  6. Affiliation with a relevant professional body (CIHT, ICE) and progression towards incorporated or chartered status is favourable.
  7. Competence in AutoCAD software is a must.
  8. Postgraduate qualifications in transport planning or engineering would be an asset.
