We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Fleet. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading by example and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Achieve targets and maximise sales through effective stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Support the store manager in recruiting and training volunteers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion and has experience in a customer-facing role. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will also have a strong commercial awareness and be able to drive sales and customer engagement through effective visual merchandising and stock management.
