Senior Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at Broadacres Housing as a Multi-Skilled Joiner. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional repairs and maintenance services across multiple trade disciplines for properties owned or managed by Broadacres.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

• At least 5 years' experience in the housing repair/maintenance sector
• Proven ability to work effectively with the public
• (Desirable) Experience working in a Social Housing or Local Authority environment

You will be highly skilled in fault finding and repairs with Glazing and UPVC windows and doors. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with colleagues and provide excellent customer service are also essential.
