Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing high-profile accounts, as well as aggressively pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase market share.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition and identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • IT literacy and proficiency in sales software and tools.
