We are seeking academic mentorship coaches to provide personalized support and guidance to students in Northamptonshire.

Key Objectives
  • To work closely with students to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop strategies to improve their academic performance.
  • To provide regular feedback and encouragement, helping students to build confidence and motivation.
Essential Requirements
  • Experience working with students who have SEMH/SEN needs, ideally in a special educational setting.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • A minimum commitment of 5 hours of teaching during the school day, across 3 days.
