Requirements:

  • Social Work qualification with professional registration.
  • A strong understanding of child development and family support frameworks.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and professionals.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and adults.

Salary and Benefits:

As a Community Care Worker with Networker Global Limited, you can expect a competitive salary, £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development in a supportive team environment.
