About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Store Assistant. As a keyholder, you'll be responsible for leading by example and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a great customer experience, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Check and unpack deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and welcoming store environment.
  • Contribute to the development of the team by sharing knowledge and best practices.
