The Venatu Recruitment Group is excited to announce an opportunity for a highly skilled Polish-speaking individual to take on the role of Despatch and Admin Support Specialist. This position is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the UK sales dispatch process, acting as the primary liaison between the administrative team and the warehouse.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage despatch labels using courier software.
  • Ensure accurate and timely labelling of parcels and pallets.
  • Coordinate UK pallet collections.
  • Provide accurate carriage quotes to sales teams.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication between the warehouse and other departments.
  • Perform data entry and complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Desirable Qualities:
  • GCSE/T Levels or equivalent in Maths and English, with C/4 grades or above.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a similar industry.

Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive salary package.
