Job Title: HR Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Morris & Spottiswood. As a key member of the HR team, you will provide strategic HR advice and support to the Company's internal divisions, driving HR projects across the wider business in support of the Group's People Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent development.
  • Work closely with local stakeholders, employees, and managers to fully understand HR needs and create targeted people support strategies.
  • Provide excellent level of advice, guidance and support to employees and managers across the full range of ER disciplines.
  • Upskilling managers across your group in relation to policies and procedures.
  • Lead the design and execution of HR transformation projects, ensuring alignment with the Group's People Plan.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a fast-paced and busy HR team.
  • Experience leading on HR projects, including transformation projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
  • A resilient personality and the ability to communicate at all levels in the business.
