About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Midday Supervisor at The Link School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and development of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for students with high level anxieties, ASD, and SLCN
  • Build strong relationships of trust with students, understanding their individual needs and motivations
  • Engage students through their interests and strengths, promoting person-centred learning
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide initial and ongoing training, ensuring the highest standards of care and education
