About the Role:
Are you a skilled Maintenance Manager from a food or manufacturing background looking to take on a lead role in a rapidly expanding business?
This exciting opportunity will see you oversee the full maintenance department, moulding your own team and playing a key role in the modernisation and improvement of our state-of-the-art production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of highly skilled maintenance engineers, develop and improve maintenance systems, implement effective maintenance strategies and help with the modernisation of all processes across the facility.
Requirements:
A Maintenance Manager from a manufacturing background with great people management skills and a proven track record in improving maintenance functions.
Working Hours:
Tuesday to Saturday, 8am-4pm.
