About the Role

Big Ant Recruitment is excited to partner with a renowned Football Club in the South West to find their next Facilities Operative. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the Club's facilities are well-maintained and safe for fans, players, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to facilities across multiple sites.
  • Support matchday operations by setting up and breaking down equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
  • Work flexible hours, including home matchdays, and travel between various club sites.
Requirements
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Technical qualifications or experience in building maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
