As a Bar and Waiting Apprentice at Mitchells & Butlers, you'll be the face of our pubs and restaurants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and serve our guests with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our kitchens and bars
  • Work collaboratively with our teams to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere
  • Develop your knowledge of our menus and make recommendations to our guests
  • Be a champion of our brand standards and values

No experience is necessary, just a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn. As a Bar and Waiting Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What You'll Get:
  • A Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship
  • A mixture of face-to-face and remote training sessions
  • Regular reviews and feedback sessions to track your progress
  • Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you don't already have GCSEs)
  • 30 hours of paid work per week

Wage: £8.60 per hour for 16-20 year olds, £11.44 per hour for 21+ year olds
