Store Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team at EG Group. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
- Collaborate with the wider EG Group team to achieve business objectives and drive company growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth
