Audio Technical Project Manager

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our client in Portsmouth on an initial 6-month deal. The successful candidate will lead and provide technical input for all strategic projects, ensuring mechanical, electrical, and building fabric requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead technical input for strategic projects, ensuring alignment with current standards and specifications.
- Interface with site technical services teams to ensure project delivery to key timescales.
- Provide technical input to support business case and capital investment projects.
- Represent and lead technical service interfaces on design reviews.
- Advise and coach the Major Project management team on technical issues and resolutions.
- Monitor project delivery and escalate to the Services management team as necessary.
- Provide weekly project status summaries.
- Interface with the client's services team on local and geographical issues.
- Represent Services in project reviews.
- Ensure technical requirements and specifications are delivered at project stages.
- Capture asset details as per the agreed process for deployment into the CAFM system/project pack.
