We are seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join our well-established Tonbridge, Kent practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling Court of Protection caseloads, with experience of running Deputyship files from start to finish, liaising with independent financial advisers, local authorities, care homes, and family members of clients.

As a Court of Protection Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing clients\u2019 financial and property affairs, making complex applications to the Court of Protection, and assisting the team with mentoring paralegals and more junior members of the team.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years PQE and experience of handling a Court of Protection caseload in a similar environment.
