As the Financial Director at the Diocese of Norwich, you will be responsible for leading and delivering on the financial aspects of their ambitious plans.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth and success.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing the annual budget and financial plans
- Leading the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Providing financial guidance and support to the senior leadership team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent position based in Norwich, with a salary of up to £71,500 p/a and excellent benefits including attractive annual leave and hybrid / flexible working.
