Full Stack Software Developer Lead

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Software Developer Lead to work across the full software development lifecycle. The successful candidate will have experience in leading or mentoring software developers and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Work across the full software development lifecycle, including analysing software requirements, designing high-level architecture, implementing, testing, and integrating software.
- Lead and mentor software developers, introducing and evolving best practices, tools, and processes for development.
- Experience: Full lifecycle software development expertise, with recent experience in C or C++ for embedded applications.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading or mentoring software developers.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Operating system concepts (e.g., multi-threading, process scheduling, memory management).
- Scripting in Bash, Python, or similar.
- Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and programming skills.
- Configuration management/version control tools (e.g., GitHub).
