Job Title: Contract and Delivery Manager

Integral is seeking a highly skilled Contract and Delivery Manager to join our team in the Midlands region. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the successful execution of our contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the delivery of FM services to contracts in the Midlands region, ensuring performance, human resource management, health and safety, quality, and profitability.
  2. Develop and implement site-specific policies and operational procedures that align with our company's value framework and meet client requirements.
  3. Liaise with client representatives to build positive, long-term partnerships and ensure effective communication.
  4. Monitor performance and provide regular reports to clients and stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  5. Manage and develop staff, fostering a positive employment culture and promoting high retention levels.
  6. Practice effective risk management, establishing controls and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and contingency planning.
  7. Ensure all legislative requirements are met across all facilities, including Legionella and Fire safety.
  8. Report on P&L performance and take accountability for delivering to budget, minimizing aged debt, and recovering WIP in line with agreed timescales.
  9. Facilitate and deliver forecast Lifecycle works through the wider contract teams to a mutually agreed program.
Requirements:
  1. A technical background and qualification, with knowledge of M&E systems and the ability to set specifications and source technical components.
  2. Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Concept/Vixen.
  3. A full driving license and a DBS Enhanced Certificate.
