Salary
We offer a competitive salary of £31,000 per annum, which reflects the importance of this role in shaping the educational journey of our children. Your annual salary review will ensure that your remuneration package remains aligned with your value to the nursery.

Job Description
As a Room Leader at Bright Horizons, you will be responsible for leading a team of Early Years professionals to deliver exceptional care and education to our children. You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet the individual needs of each child, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational development. Your expertise in planning and delivering rich learning opportunities will help our children achieve their milestones and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Early Years professionals to deliver outstanding care and education
- Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for children
- Plan and deliver rich learning opportunities to help children develop and meet their individual milestones
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet the individual needs of each child
