We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our team at Beaumont Legal Recruitment.

Job Summary:

As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in a wide range of family law matters, including separation agreements, divorce actions, residency and contact disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations and provide expert advice on family law matters
  • Represent clients in Court of Session and other legal proceedings
  • Prepare and present complex legal documents and arguments
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in family law legislation and case law

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in family law
  • Proven track record of success in family law matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
