Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at G. Adams Construction. As a key member of our Contracts Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of construction projects from tender to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and submission of tender packages
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and meeting minutes
  • Support the Contracts Team in the administration of contracts, including valuations and final accounts
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Experience in the construction industry, preferably in a contracts administration role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
