Tax Advisory Assistant Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join our Private Capital team at Grant Thornton. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from owner-managed businesses to private equity-backed companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead client relationships, delivering solutions on standalone advisory projects.
- Deliver a smooth compliance process for key clients, while developing your advisory skills.
- Be an integral part of the private capital tax team, building your network by working with other specialists across Grant Thornton.
- Support the management team with business development activities, gaining insight and confidence to progress your career.
- Be a role model for junior members of the team, supporting and championing their development and being involved in our coaching and upskilling efforts.
Requirements
- A professional qualification (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) and experience managing client projects in a corporate tax setting.
- Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and a working knowledge of international concepts.
- Experience working within a professional services environment.
- An eagerness to develop deep knowledge of the firm's services and capabilities.
