We take the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various schemes, and support our valued Tier 1 contractor clients in a subcontractor and off-site manufacturing capacity.

Job Purpose

Working specifically on the Dwr Cymru Welsh Water M&E Direct Delivery Frameworks, you will manage water industry construction and engineering projects, ensuring full CDM compliance across our sites. This is a 5-hour per week, Monday to Friday role.

  • Manage M&E installations in accordance with Bridges Health & Safety
  • Ensure all items are installed to the highest standards
  • Follow and actively promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment
  • Site health and safety card
  • SMSTS
  • Appropriate trade certificate/qualification
  • Good client management and communication skills
Desirable
  • Black Card CSCS
  • Water industry experience
  • EUSR
  • IPAF, PASMA, confined space
