Recovery Mentor

We are seeking an experienced Recovery Mentor to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a Recovery Mentor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of 40-60 service users who are struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.

• Manage a caseload of 40-60 individuals in recovery from substance misuse
• Provide support and guidance to clients throughout their recovery journey

• Deliver one-to-one interventions and group sessions as required
• Work closely with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning
• Monitor client progress and adapt support strategies accordingly

• At least 2 years of experience working in the substance misuse field
• Awareness of the complexities surrounding health issues related to substance misuse
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (based on 20 hours per week)
