Job Opportunity at Hay Lodge Community Hospital

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our team at Hay Lodge Community Hospital. Our nurse-led unit provides a 24-hour inpatient service, predominantly for older people, offering rehabilitation, palliative, and end-of-life care.

The successful candidate will be part of a friendly and supportive team with an ethos of continuous improvement. As a confident decision-maker, you will work without direct supervision, supervising registered and/or unregistered staff, as well as student nurses.

You will be responsible for the assessment of needs and the delivery of high-quality person-centred care, working collaboratively with other health professionals, patients, and families to coordinate complex discharges.

To be successful in this role, you must have full UK NMC registration and be flexible to work days or nights on the ward to meet the needs of our 24/7 service.
