Starbucks Shift Supervisor Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at EG Group. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of baristas and store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of baristas and store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the store is operated efficiently and effectively, including managing inventory, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
