About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and semi-skilled operative to join our Timber Factory Team at Robertson Group. As a Timber Factory Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the manufacture of timber frame panels, floor cassettes, and roof cassettes to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in carrying out works in accordance with the appropriate construction industry building standards.
  • Maintain good housekeeping within your work area.
  • Report any job-related problems or issues to the Production Manager or Working Factory Foreman.
  • Report any accidents or near misses immediately to the Production Manager or Working Factory Foreman.
  • Co-operate with colleagues, Supervisors, and Management.
  • Identify any relevant training needs and report to the Production Manager.
  • Ensure awareness of and compliance with the Quality and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Carry out any other tasks that are reasonable for your Direct Line Manager to ask you to perform, which are within your capability.
