Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Plant Technician - Safety Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe isolation solutions to comply with legislation and demonstrating effective and safe LOTO procedures.

Your key accountabilities will include developing isolation schedules and documentation, preparing weekly progress reports, and maintaining a safe and organized workplace environment through adherence to the Safety and 5S MMS practices. You will also ensure P&ID's are checked against physical routes, updated, and red-lined where necessary, and liaise with the CAD team to update.

In this role, you will work closely with electrical, mechanical & C&I teams to support LOTO install during commissioning of I/O testing. A salary of £320 per day is offered for this six-month contract based in Leven.
