Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of learners with EHCPs, providing individualized support and guidance to ensure their academic and personal success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff and services with SEND-related queries, providing expert advice and support.
- Coordinate and facilitate Annual Reviews and PEPs, ensuring that all relevant paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Change Leader to ensure a smooth transition process for learners starting or leaving our program.
- Oversee the progression of learners upon completion of the course, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Promote Inclusion best practices and contribute to the aims and ethos of our organization.
- A supportive and inclusive work environment that values the well-being and growth of our staff and learners.
