Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a skilled PHP Web Developer to join our client's engineering/development team. The company is a leading provider of medical equipment in the UK, with a strong presence in the market.

The PHP Web Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining the company's E-Commerce platform, which is a crucial part of their business. The platform manages the company's supply chain, including stock and warehouse inventory, as well as online sales.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in PHP programming, including the ability to write raw PHP code without a framework. They will also have a good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and SOLID programming principles. Additionally, they will have experience with AWS and hosting software in the cloud, as well as Git for version control and MySQL backend database management.

Front-end development skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are also essential. Experience with React programming is beneficial, as is medical or healthcare industry experience. The ability to work in a small company or engineering team environment is also valuable.

The successful candidate will be based in the UK and will be required to have British citizenship or indefinite leave to remain. They will be part of a small team and will work closely with the company's engineers and developers to build and maintain the E-Commerce platform.
