Precision Metalworker

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Specialist to join our team at Omega Resource Group in Lincoln. As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process, producing high-quality parts with precision and accuracy.

Compensation: £26,913 - £34,366 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance)

Shift Pattern: 3 rotating week shifts, including AM, PM, and nights

Your key responsibilities will include operating CNC milling machines, maintaining equipment, conducting quality control checks, and contributing to process improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC machinery to produce precision components
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve production-related issues
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in CNC machining or equivalent role
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
