As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Account Director and play a crucial role in supporting projects across the UK and Europe, with occasional travel required. The team's projects cover various categories, including:

  • Retail interior design and build
  • Point Of Sale (POS) displays
  • Window displays and promotional activations
  • Strategic initiatives to enhance retail offerings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring all requirements are met
  • Receiving and interpreting project briefs, coordinating with the supply chain to successfully execute campaigns
  • Management of administrative tasks throughout the campaign and project workflow
  • Maintenance and growth of client accounts with a focus on exceptional service and relationship management
  • Collaboration with the creative team to deliver top-quality design and manufacturing solutions
  • Effective communication with clients and suppliers, presenting information clearly and professionally
  • Support of colleagues across the team as needed and contribution to a positive business culture

Salary Estimate: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Account Manager to join a fast-paced, creative environment and contribute to the success of high-profile projects. A fully officed based working arrangement is available, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.
