We are seeking a highly skilled Data Consultant to join our Business Intelligence team at St. James's Place. As a Data Consultant, you will play a key role in equipping our internal customers with the tools and business intelligence required to support the SJP Partner Community.

The Business Intelligence team exists to provide data-driven insights to our leadership team, enabling them to make informed decisions that drive business growth. You will work closely with data experts across the business to identify and gain access to necessary data, employing techniques to make this process efficient and automated.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with data experts to identify and access necessary data.
  • Produce and maintain intelligence dashboards and tools.
  • Seek to continuously improve the existing intelligence suite.
  • Communicate analysis and findings to stakeholders.
  • Help reinforce a positive team culture.

Requirements:

  • Data analysis skills and experience working with qualitative and quantitative datasets.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
  • Strong knowledge of a business intelligence tool, such as PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable communication skills with stakeholders at various levels.
