Skilled Tradesman

Proman is seeking an experienced Handyman/Store Keeper.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled tradesman to join our team as a Handyman/Store Keeper. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory management, stock monitoring, and receiving and inspection of goods.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Accurately record incoming and outgoing MEP inventory items in the inventory management system.
• Stock Monitoring: Regularly check and maintain the inventory levels of MEP materials and components.
• Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments of MEP materials and equipment, inspecting the quality and quantity against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Documentation: Document any discrepancies or damages in received goods and communicate with suppliers for resolution.

Requirements:

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with MEP materials, tools, and equipment.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in recording and monitoring inventory levels.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment safely.
• Computer Proficiency: Experience with inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
