About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project documents are accurately maintained and accessible, supporting project teams with the use of Viewpoint software. Key duties include managing all activities related to document control, inputting and maintaining document data in standard registers with accuracy, and distributing controlled copies of approved documents to appropriate staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Manage technical documents, drawings, and correspondence.
  • Input and maintain accurate document data.
  • Distribute controlled documents.
