  • Install broadband and TV services to meet customer requirements
  • Resolve broadband faults in a timely and efficient manner

  • Educate customers on installed services and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work efficiently and maintain a clean environment while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
  • Respond professionally and effectively to customer requests and enquiries
  • Develop professional abilities through completing timely training requirements
  • Comply with company fleet policy, health and safety regulations, and environmental regulations
  • Hold a full manual driving licence and have strong work authorisation
