Warehouse Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our logistics team at a global luxury Jewellery brand. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient and accurate management of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily operations goals.
  • Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of jewellery items, maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular audits.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all products meet company standards before dispatch.
  • Monitor key metrics such as order accuracy, picking and packing speed, and stock discrepancies.
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to track inventory and manage workflow.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align warehouse activities with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, order accuracy, and productivity metrics.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience with the Peoplevox warehouse management system or Shopify e-commerce platform is desirable.
