Job Title: Senior Conversion Rate Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Conversion Rate Analyst to join our team at AJ Bell. As a key member of our experimentation team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through conversion rate optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute testing roadmaps to optimize website elements, user journeys, and conversion funnels.
  • Analyze test results, communicate insights to internal stakeholders, and provide regular updates on progress and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, technology, and UX, to execute testing roadmaps.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in designing and executing conversion optimization tests.
  • Strong practical understanding of web technologies and HTML.
  • Familiarity with optimization tools and platforms, preferably Webtrends Optimize.
  • Experience using data analytics tools, preferably GA4 and Crazy Egg.
  • Awareness and understanding of UX & CX design principles.
