About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care & Support Manager to join our team at Ark Housing Association. As a Care & Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of support workers to provide high-quality care and support services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 19 support workers to deliver approximately 550 support hours per week.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients.
- Ensure that all care and support services are delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support services to ensure they meet the needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a care and support management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of care and support policies and procedures.
