Skyline Personnel Ltd is a fantastic, well-resourced and successful primary school located in Surrey. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our talented and supportive team.
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant at Skyline Personnel Ltd, you will be passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential and want to work in a school striving to provide the very best opportunities for our children. You will be flexible, positive and enthusiastic, working with children with the ability to contribute to our school's community and vision, helping children to achieve their potential.
The role will see you providing cover across the school but also working with key children and groups to provide tuition. The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £38,000 per year, depending on experience.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
- Meet Higher Level Teaching Assistant standards or hold an equivalent qualification or be willing to complete the HLTA qualification
- Have GCSEs in English and maths A - C or equivalent
We are looking for someone who has recent experience in the role of a TA or HLTA, with strong Literacy and Numeracy skills to enable them to have a positive impact on children's progress. You will have high expectations and be passionate about encouraging the best from every pupil, enabling every child to fulfill their potential.
