Benefits Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Specialist to join our team at CK Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for the effective operation of benefits programs for assigned markets, ensuring efficiency and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand and interpret benefit plan provisions and processes, communicating them effectively to stakeholders.
- Execute and administer day-to-day activities related to benefit plan eligibility, enrollments, status changes, terminations, and claims.
- Research and problem-solve on issues related to benefit programs and procedures, serving as the escalation point for Key Business Partners and Employees.
- Complete annual Benefit Surveys to ensure the effectiveness of our benefits programs.
- Proven experience in benefits administration, with a strong understanding of HR policies, processes, regional employment laws, and benefits legislative requirements.
- Practical operational experience of other HR processes, such as talent acquisition, payroll, and performance management.
- Experience working within an HR Shared Services delivery model and with current BMS HR and Benefits enabling systems.
