Production Planner and Data Analyst

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create production plans for both sites, liaising with central planning team, production, warehouse, quality, and maintenance.
  • Develop weekly staff plans, collaborating with Production Manager, Method Engineer, supply chain, and agency coordinator.
  • Prepare staff weekly payroll documents.
  • Manage stock (silo) flour, placing orders, checking daily consumption, and receiving all orders in the system.
  • Support and contribute to customer/third-party visits and audits.
  • Analyze trends and patterns in site performances, using data to optimize production planning and achieve targets for main operation indicators.
  • Assist the Production Team in meeting production, quality, and HACCP targets.
  • Work closely with the Operations Team to prioritize actions and information needs.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Previous experience in production planning in a similar environment is essential.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Highly computer literate (Excel advanced and Access).
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate production and business needs.
  • Successful completion of a Level 2 Food Safety certificate.
