About Us:Targeted Provision Ltd is a specialist education provider dedicated to delivering high-quality teaching and mentoring services to young people with Special Education Needs (SEN) in Norfolk.
Job Description:We are seeking experienced SEN/SEND tutors to provide one-to-one tuition to young people with diverse needs, including Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties, or other Additional Educational Needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver tailored teaching and mentoring sessions that cater to each student's unique needs and abilities.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that promote academic progress and social-emotional development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and carers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status/QTS/QTLS)
- A minimum of 2 years teaching experience
- Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other Additional Educational Needs
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes
- An Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with obtaining this at cost if needed)
- Two professional references
- The right to work in the UK

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, with an estimated hourly rate of £18-25.
