The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Person-Centred Activity Coordinator to join our team at Woolston House in Warrington. As a key member of our activities team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities that promote choice, dignity, and independence for our residents. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive person-centred care that meets their individual needs and preferences.

Your Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote choice, dignity, and independence for our residents
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive person-centred care
- Foster community spirit through group activities
- Support residents to maintain their current hobbies and take up new ones
- Assist residents to become more involved in their local community
- Celebrate national awareness days, holidays, and individual/collective achievements
