Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's equipment maintenance team. As the first point of contact for equipment-related issues, you will respond promptly to malfunctions, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime and maintain production flow.
You will be responsible for managing storage, monitoring, and replenishment of critical chemicals and gases used in production processes, as well as overseeing spare parts inventory and ensuring timely procurement and availability of essential components.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a high-tech manufacturing setting, such as Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, Automotive, or Motorsports industries, and demonstrated ability to adhere to established procedures with minimal supervision.
You will also participate in engineering-led improvement initiatives, monitor project progress, ensure timely completion, and report results to stakeholders, focusing on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime and maintain production flow.

Requirements:

- Skilled in creating and documenting processes, including the development of work instructions, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite and other computer applications.
