We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our operations team at Blueleaf Limited's Crawley distribution centre.

This role involves ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders to meet required standards
  • Ensuring accurate completion of paperwork
  • Despatching/shipping customer orders via appropriate carriers for timely delivery

Additional Responsibilities

  • Working from other warehouses as needed due to business requirements and customer demand
  • Providing multi-functional support across all areas of the business
  • Liaising with Customer Service and Procurement on delivery issues/supply returns

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in a warehouse environment with lifting heavy goods
  • Knowledge of health and safety, manual handling and hazardous substances
  • Previous experience in using counterbalance and high reach forklift trucks, and powered pallet truck equipment (forklift truck licence preferred)
