We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at The Avalon Centre in Swindon. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with neurological injuries and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a neurobehavioral rehabilitation programme, adapting care to meet individual needs.
  • Contribute to ward rounds, analysing behaviours and updating patient records.
  • Assist with personal hygiene and provide overall care and support.

What to Expect

As a Healthcare Assistant, you can expect a challenging yet rewarding role, working with individuals who require a neurobehavioral rehabilitation programme. Our shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week, including days, nights, and weekends.
